The Sassy Detective

Follow the story of Amanda Manrique, a cheeky and sassy latina detective and owner of the Manrique Detectives Agency, and her assistant Fernando Salgado, when they travel to Japan to solve the mysterious theft of the Sacred Treasures of Japan at hand of the Phantom Gentleman, a sneaky thief who always announce his robberies beforehand. With the help of the lovely pop singer Melanie, and the beautiful priestess in training Nishi Segawa, Fernando and Amanda begin the investigations to capture the thief, but not everything it´s what it seems, and this beautiful ladies will expect Fernando´s attention as he investigate the truth behind the robbery. Will he succeed in his mission?

Description 

An interactive Visual Novel with Fernando Salgado as the main protagonist, and his boss Amanda Manrique as second lead protagonist. Take the decisions needed to reach one of the three endings available, and discover the mystery of the Sacred Treasures of Japan. 

Characters

·       Fernando Salgado: A 25 year old guy with a golden heart, who wants to become a detective. Although he ended being ridiculed by his boss, he respect her as one of the best detectives he ever know and is determined to fulfill his dreams. 

·       Amanda Manrique: A 35 year old cheeky, sassy and unstoppable detective and owner of the Manrique Detectives Agency, in charge of training her assistant Fernando. She doesn´t follow any kind of authority and do what she want, but she is smart and intelligent, capable to solve any mystery at hand. She often make sexual jokes to Fernando for fun, but in the end, she respect him and trust him like no one.

·       Melanie: A 22 year old Idol pop singer, who felt in love with Fernando in the past after he saved her life in a previous case against a stalker. She have a golden heart and her feelings are pure, but hate Amanda with all her guts due to the disrespect she shows to Fernando. She never stopped loving him after being rejected.

·       Nishi Segawa: An 18 year old priestess in training, Nishi tries to fulfill her duty as future guardian of the Sacred Treasures only to please her father, but she have a strong attachment to Fernando, and wanted to please him at any cost.

·       Shu Nakagawa: A representative of the Japan Embassy who knows the capabilities of the detectives, and hired them to solve the robbery as quick as possible.

·       Satoshi Nakajima: A police officer and Chief of the Tokyo Police Department, with a severe disdain for foreigners.

·       Hiroshi Segawa: Guardian of the Sacred Treasures and father of Nishi Segawa, who raised her strictly to pass his duty as guardian to her when the time comes.

·       The Phantom Gentleman: A mysterious thief who always announce his robberies but is never caught. His past is a mystery, and have enough resources to escape all sort of situations. He consider Amanda his rival.
