Narumi Kouki comes across as a mild-mannered student at the Ōsui Academy but little do his classmates know of his secret hobby. Kouki is in fact, moonlighting as a manga author. He keeps it to himself for obvious reasons, especially since he is one of the very few boys in this establishment that was, until very recently, an all-girls’ school. The only ones who know about his alter ego are his sister, Toa, and her friend, Mihiro.

His secret is unexpectedly found out by Kaoruko, a well-off girl who is also the president of the student council. Rather than tell on him, Kouki is astonished when she confides in him of her own little secret: she is the manga illustrator behind Kouki’s own work! Desperate for male members in the council, Kaoruko persuades Kouki to join, although the council VP Ashe, isn’t too keen on the idea…

As student’s requests and issues bombard the council, Toa and Mihiro join as members as well and soon Kouki finds himself involved in managing the many tasks at hand with dedicated but spirited girls who prove to be more a lot more than he ever expected.
