Appendix 1 — Tournament Characteristics
This description is subject to change at any time. Indeed, our tournaments are currently in the Alpha phase. It is important to consult our articles regularly.

In order to participate in our Tournaments, the Bitchcoin, virtual tokens from our Clash of Hentai games, will be the only tokens accepted during your participation.

Bitchcoin can be purchased directly in your game’s store, or by playing for free in the PVE (player versus environment) and PVP (player versus player) versions, or by participating in certain “offline” events on our social networks.

It is possible to participate in an unlimited number of tournaments, as long as the player has enough Bitchcoins to participate. In the Alpha phase, four tournaments will be permanently available.

The table below includes all information such as the number of players per tournament, the maximum number of battles to be fought, the duration of the tournament, and the participation fees, not forgetting the number of Bitchcoins distributed according to ranking.

The most important rule: Winning your first fight allows you to recover your starting stake !

In the Beginner format, winning your three consecutive battles allows you to receive three times your participation fees, in less than 9 minutes.

In the Legendary format, winning your six consecutive battles allows you to receive ten times your participation fees, in less than 18 minutes.

Appendix 2 — Game Card Characteristics

We have eliminated the random aspect in competitions. All players enter the tournament format with their pre-prepared deck of cards and must adhere to certain rules.

These rules are established to ensure a balance between players. Indeed, additional content is available for purchase in our games to help us continue content development and can, depending on the players, give a considerable advantage by unlocking legendary, mythical, or even unique cards with powers.

Our promise is simple, never to “nerf” an overpowered card. To ensure the longevity of our Tournaments, these cards will simply be too powerful to participate in the basic Tournaments.

We therefore plan a system of E-level per card that allows for fair play depending on the Players. Each card has an E-level of 1 to start.

1. We add 1 penalty per card level.
2. We add 1 penalty per rarity.
3. We add 1 penalty per unlocked talent. Talents are available from the Epic rarity. Legendary and Mythical cards have the ability to accommodate 2 talents.
4. A Unique rarity card can have up to 3 talents.

In addition to having 1 penalty, talents add additional penalties depending on the different unlocked powers. Indeed, having a card with a life point bonus of 200% sees its overall penalty multiplied by more than two.

Be aware, until December 31, 2023, talent statistics can go up to 300%. From January 1, 2024, these statistics will be reduced.

The reason is simple, our second promise will be to implement a secondary market where players can sell cards to each other. If you have won a Mythical card with 2 overpowering skills but it is useless for your game Meta, you will be able to sell it to another player.

Annex 3 — Bitchcoin Redemption Conditions

We are setting up a Bichcoin redemption system by the company Global Genom.

For this Alpha phase, the Global Genom company will buy back Bitchcoin at a rate of $1 incl. VAT for 250 Bitchcoins. (Careful, this can be changed depending on the future of the competition, when WEB3 will be available, the rate will be much better with the Bitchkoins)

In order to redeem Bitchcoins, it will be necessary to meet certain conditions.

1. Own at least the equivalent of $50 Bitchcoins, which is currently 12,500 cumulative Bitchcoins winnings. However, be careful, this conversion could change depending on the progress of the competitions.

2. It is imperative to have participated in at least 5 tournaments. Indeed, our main goal is e-sport and competition so that players can have a professional player status and protect the community.

3. For your first withdrawal, it will be imperative to fill out a KYC (Know Your Customer). Like the previous point, this KYC protects the community from possible frauds, or multiple accounts held by certain wrongdoers. Also, we ensure that players are of legal age, i.e., at least 18 years old to participate in the competitions.

4. When you initiate the Bitchcoins redemption procedure, it is important that you declare your activity as a professional video game player. Indeed, accumulated winnings can reach significant amounts, and it is imperative that you declare your activity in order to protect yourself. Our team is here to help you with your declarations. Please note, it is possible after a certain redemption amount that our company will ask you for proof of declaration from the competent services.

5. In order to participate in an intermediate tournament, you must have previously won a beginner tournament. The same goes for other types of tournaments that have higher participation fees.

6. When you finish 1st in a tournament, you win a key that allows you to participate in weekly, monthly, and annual tournaments without participation fees and with guaranteed winnings.

7. A minimum delay of 3 working days will be necessary for the Bitchcoins redemption procedure to be complete. Depending on the redemption mode you choose, the timelines can vary.

8. Several redemption methods will be at your disposal. Please note that Bitchcoins redemption fees differ depending on the chosen redemption method.

9. The player who wishes to redeem Bitchcoins will bear the costs associated with the redemption made. For example, when it is a bank transfer, the player will have to pay the bank fees, the same applies to all other available redemption methods.

10. In the Alpha phase, Bitchcoins redemption requests will be made manually with our competent team. The procedure will be simple, a message has to be sent to our admin in our Discord with the subject line of Bitchcoins Redemption. Our team will then contact you to finalize the redemption procedure.
