Hello, Overlords!

Overlewd goes Multiverse and the Skulltimate Showdown event has finally arrived! Zone-tan is here and ready to wreak havoc, so put on your best heroic pants and dust off your girls - no soloing this time!

This is a very special event for us, as we've tried to incorporate a bit of multiplayer into the game. During this event, players will be battling the demonic incarnations of Zone-tan to earn Skullies. The more of them you get - the higher you'll end up on the Leaderboard. The Leaderboard will be reset at the same time each day and the majestic rewards will be sent to the top 100 Overlords.

Important note: the amount of Skullies and leaderboard positions may not update immediately after finishing the battle. On the client side, they are updated every 3 minutes, but on the server, the number of skullies is updated after each battle. This means that the ranking you see may be slightly different from the actual one. This is caused by some limitations on our side, but we'll try to make it work better during the event.

Skulltimate Showdown event is our first experience with the multiplayer mechanics in Overlord, so we hope you'll like it! We will continue to work on improving it based on your feedback and our data.

In other news, Overlewd is now a part of the TinyHat Studios family on Steam. Don't worry - this won't affect our players in any way. But we do now have a cool uncle publisher.
